A very energetic Quantity Surveyor (Civil & MEP), as well as Civil Engineer with more than 12 years Experience (Including 9 years in Middle East) in Pre & Post-Contract in Contracts Management, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Estimating, Cost Control and Planning activities.
