Sami MHENNI is an engineer in marine sciences from the National Institute of Agronomy of Tunis (INAT). He worked as an engineer in the National Institute of Marine Sciences and Technologies for three years. During these years, Mr S. MHENNI, worked on the interactions between fisheries and dolphins and developed "Le tube dauphin" (mechanical sound generator to keep dolphins far from the nets) and participate in the installation of the first "Set Net" (a passive and "responsible" fishing gear).From 1996 until now he is working in the Ministry of Higher education and scientific research as a deputy director in charge of research valorization programs.
