I am a senior lecturer in IT, University of Wollongong, Australia. I earned an MSc in mathematics, from the University of Sherbrooke in Canada, an MSc in e-commerce from HEC Montreal, Canada, and a Ph.D. in industrial engineering for my work on RFID technology, from the Polytechnic School of Montreal, Canada.
My current research focuses on business value of information technology, inter-organisational system (e.g., RFID technology) adoption and use, supply chain management, electronic commerce, mobile commerce and e-government.
