Dr. Sandamalie Ranasinghe joints Institute of Indigenous Medicine University, as a Lecturer in the Department of Ayurveda. She received her Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda Medicine and Postgraduate degree, MD specialised in Kaya Chikitsa, from the Institute of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. She has a keen interest in teaching a wide range of undergraduate courses. Her primary research interests are in Clinical Medicine of Ayurveda and Sri Lankan Traditional Medicine. Specifically, she is interested in disseminating the knowledge of Ayurveda by presenting at local and international forums.
