Sandra Azevedo was born in 1975. She grew up thinking that would be a biologist, but fate led her to graduate in Agri-Food Engineering with specialization in Technology of Horticultural. Discovered in 1999 two great passions: Coffee & Training. She worked as Quality Manager in Coffee companies from 1999 to 2013. In 2011 she founded Academia do Caf茅, an innovator concept in Portugal, a training and consulting company specialized in bespoke training courses, workshops, lectures and events about coffee.
In 2012 became a member of SCAE (Speciality Coffee Association of Europe).
