As National Campus Recruiting Manager I partner with local HR staff to develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels. I am currently creating and leading the following national recruiting focused programs and projects:

• Strategic Sourcing
• Behavioral Interview Training
• Enhancing Nationwide Campus Recruiting Efforts
