We've all had experiences with technology that leave us frustrated, angry or confused. Solving these problems and improving people's interactions with technology is a big challenge for our times.
I've designed websites for clients over the last 15 years', and seen a lot change in both technology and design. My passion for websites and digital products began when I took a web design course in Venice, after university. I remember our then tutor asking us why we chose the course. I replied: 'To rid the world of bad website design,' and that’s a motivation that has stuck with me ever since. I've always been fascinated by new technologies.
