Employed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky since 1994. I am currently a Purchasing Manager for the Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS).
Earned Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) in 2004. Active member in the Ky Public Procurement Association (KPPA) and the National Institute for Governmental Purchasing (NIGP). Voted as the KPPA Purchasing Manager of the Year in 2007.
Commissioned as a Ky Colonel in 2008.
