I feel very fortunate to work in the field of catalysis and synthesis of bio-active compounds during my doctoral research. Over the years, I have developed efficient chiral metal complexes and metal free catalysts for asymmetric organic transformations like cyanation, allylation, hydrophosphonylation, Michael type, ring opening and epoxidation reactions.
