Rod has a passion for mentoring and coaching. He has developed mentor programs for the K-12 Education system as well as a successful university program. An educator with a passion for ‘real life, real learning and real growth’ Rod has used his talents in business developing staff at the Keg Restaurant. An entrepreneur at heart…he is a successful politician that has been re-elected four times and leads the charge for ‘revenue generation’ in the public sphere. Rod is married with two children and two dogs. The Ross family lives in Langley BC.
