Advanced in all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Access and SharePoint) in addition to Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat, Macromedia Captivate 3, OrgPlus 6, HRMS, PeopleSoft and Livelink. Basic MS Project, Navision and SAP.
