My main research interest is in lifestyle and public health, combined with a strong interest in the related methodology and statistical analyses of the data. Part of this is the development and evaluation of interventions promoting healthy eating, physical activity and discouraging sedentary behaviours among children, adolescents and young adults. I have a special interest in how the social environment such as parents and peers, can be involved to promote healthy behaviour.
