Around 7 years of optimization experience for WCDMA & GSM Radio Networks which involves Network Planning, Optimization, KPI improvement, Statistical analysis, Frequency Planning, New Feature Trial, RF Survey, Drive test, & solution findings aiming to meet the network KPI. Undergone OJT on LG U+ LTE network, done initial planning for LTE as a trial for Aircel Chennai & imparted various trainings on LTE concepts & functionality internally to the team.
Part of Huawei's Global Radio Planning & Optimization team, responsible for undertaking assignments globally according to customer requirements across all technologies.
