Savannah Rapids is 33-acre passive recreational park which sits at the headgates of the historic augusta canal We are open year-round to visitors who enjoy walking, canoeing, picnicking, and biking and our scenic location offers the perfect backdrop for the occasional photo session. Located inside the park is Savannah Rapids Pavilion, a 25,000 square ft. banquet and meeting center that offers many different sites for all types of events.
