Additionally I have been involved in Automation, Asset Management and Service Modeling.
Over 20 years of experience in the IT field. I've spent the last 10+ years working in the Systems Management area with focus on system availability and real time performance monitoring in a heterogeneous environment. Integration has been a key theme over the years as we have tied in disparate systems to a consolidated console.
