My name is Scott Hettinger. I am a retiring teacher that wants to help the city of Joplin. My plan is to write a book about personal experiences people had with the tornado that hit Joplin. Anyone that was in the storm or knows somebody who was, or was a first responder, all the way to those who have helped in their own special way will be included in this project.
