Scott Cromie is a 15+ year veteran of large and small Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementations, with Siebel and Salesforce.com (SFDC) as the main application platforms in use. After a decade of consulting with a number of talented teams from smaller firms (Envisage Solutions) to large multinational organizations (PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, Deloitte), I've been able to enjoy working with quality teams internally as a full time employee for organizations such as Novell, Cigna, and directly with SFDC.
