Manage the different engineering projects across the organization in accordance with business needs and priorities,
Apply engineering and innovation skills and techniques, in order to meet customer requirements, accomplish business strategic goals , and reduce manufacturing costs.
Lead, supervise and develop the project engineers in the different sites and oversee project planning, budgeting, timelines and activities, per assigned projects.
Responsible for executing the New Product Development Process ( Staged Gate) within a project team environment, from Concept Design through Production Launch.
