Mr. Shah Md. Safiul Hoque is an associate professor of MIS and a PhD candidate, researching in the area of e-governance services in Bangladesh, in the Department of Government and Politics, Jahangirnagar University. He is a pioneer university teacher in the area of MIS in Bangladesh having higher degrees in information systems.
