My first job was to prepare financial reports, then assigned in local revenue collection, where we project, negotiate, and facilitate remittance and/or release to the ARMM. In November 2007, I was detailed as Finance Head to the ARMM Social Fund Project (ASFP). I have been exposed to community development and I learned that whatever is deserved by the communities should reach them in ways that they understand and ways that they are consulted. And so I have loved CDD, And I have loved transparency.
