In have completed the Doctorate degree (in Commerce) this year and work as an assistant professor at Al-Barkaat Institute of Management Studies, Aligarh, where I helped students in learning and understanding the subject matter and also in assignments and broaden their understanding by connecting to the world outside their community. I formed cooperative learning groups, organized individualized projects, created learning centers and implemented learning style research in every lesson.
