Myself having background of Science and Pharmacy it worked out very well for me to understand Yoga scientifically and medically. Since I like to serve people and help them overcome their sufferings, Yoga has become a way of life for me. I live Yoga and my main objective is to take this spiritual art and science to every individual in the society which is also motto 'Yoga In Every Home' of my Parent Yoga School (Yoga Vidya Niketan).
