As a Finance Manager i am responsible for the smooth functioning of all financial and administrative systems in Block units and the District Unit and also for management and monitor flow of Project funds. My key role is:
1. Timely disbursement of salary to District and block level staff.
2. Timely deposit of statutory dues i.e TDS, VAT, Professional tax etc.
3. Timely settlement of claim of various project staff.
