Shan Chen joined Accenture as a strategy consultant in 2011. She focuses on oil&gas upstream. She has project experiences in capital project portfolio strategy, operating model strategy, KPI design, organization and process optimization, policy/procedure/process architecture design, management system framework integration & implementation and etc.
Before Accenture,she worked for Ministry of Agriculture on China's agribusiness industry policy studies and Housing Department on China's real estate market watch.
She gained her M.P.P. degree from the University of Chicago and B.d.M. degree from Beijing Normal University.
