In addition to my role in DuPont as the Global Product Manager for Diagnostics, I also serve as the co-leader of the global DuPont Women's Network (DWN). This volunteer network is the largest diversity network in DuPont. By working together to engage, equip, and empower women for individual and corporate success, DWN intends to improve recruitment, engagement, progression, and retention of women globally within DuPont.
Prior to becoming the Global Network co-leader I served as the leader of the global communications committee from 2008 - 2013.
