Although I had mapped out several aspects of my life (or so I thought), I have been reminded in many different ways that ultimately God is my North Star and guiding compass. No directions nor intended destination will suffice in leading me to success without him being the author of the roadmap. What I've come to discover is that he may not guide me along the path I've scripted but rather lay detours before me in ways that maximize usage of the gifts he has entrusted me with.
