My leadership training began at age 17 in the best leadership training school in the world - the United States Marine Corps.
Specialties: Trauma Informed Care and Transformational Leadership are two areas that I mentor and teach on. I am a strong advocate for those who have experienced domestic violence and military sexual trauma. Certified Peer Support and Wellness Specialist through the state of Nebraska. Certified in eCPR. Certified by AFSP in Suicide Survivor Support group facilitation. Certified facilitator of Mental Health First Aid.
