I am an experienced education professional who trained as a teacher and worked as a Head Teacher for 8years in Northampton.have recently worked as a workforce development officer in the local authority and as part of a private company as Head of Training and Education. Currently I deliver functional skills in two FE colleges and work for Create Safer Organisations. I have particular skills in staff management, resource management, improving standards, quality assuring work of all types, leading change and coaching staff. I have had considerable experience teaching students of all ages and supporting staff through significant change and delivering outstanding teaching and training.
