I spent 6 years working with the world's largest youth led organisation; AIESEC. Currently working within the Human Resource Solutions team of ING Belgium as organisational culture project manager, leading the mindset shift and shaping the culture of performance needed in the organisation for the acceleration of our Thinkforward strategy (More about our strategy on www.ing.com).
