I'm a HRM Lecturer. My fields are : Human Resources Management, Business Administration and career development. I'm an HR Instructor and I was Skills Trainer from 2010. I could add a value to trainees and develop their skills or improve it, it depends on Trainees abilities. And I can change their behaviors to be more professional in their careers.
