I am responsible for the strategic leadership and personnel, IT, and organizational development operations of Cooperative Extension educational programs in all 100 NC counties and with the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Nation. Through our almost 800 locally-based employees and 150+ campus faculty, we partner with county government and tribal leaders to deliver exceptional experiential educational programs and services to address critical needs in agriculture, natural resources, community development, family nutrition and health, and positive youth development.
