Before joining AlZahrani, I was part of Oracle Managed Cloud Services "Oracle On Demand"​, Oracle Egypt since Aug 2011, worked as senior Support Engineer in Database, E-Business suite and middle wares like (Application server, Web logicand Oracle Fusion ); troubleshooting complex performance issues and offering enhancement and fixes for failed patches or complex data fixes as well as participating in the lunch of Oracle DB 12c and Apps R12.2 across On Demand Customers and working closely with Support and Development teams.
