I am a life coach specializing in coaching for adults with ADHD. I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2010. I have become educated on ADHD and have developed strategies for getting through the day in day out struggles we face as ADDers.
I have experience in the field of Special Education where I taught for six years. I also have taught preschool age children for a number of years.
I have 12 years experience working with blind and visually impaired adults and am currently a life coach.
