I am an HR professional with a work experience of 14+ years in Banking, NBFC & FMCG sector. I have been associated with organisations like GE Money, Hindustan Unilever, Accor Group and erstwhile Centurion Bank of Punjab. Given the roles which I have handled in corporate sector, my forte has been in Employee Engagement & Performance Management.
