In this role I am responsible to support Middle East Management Services in the areas of:
• Overseas Recruitment - Candidates sourcing, Recruitment interviews, Evaluation process,
Selection & Integration.
• Building Organizational Capability – Restructure the company to identify and prioritize in an
International level.
• Internal HR Development - Performance measurements, Training plan, Skills and competence
plans, Promotions activities.
• Compensation and Benefits - Annual review, Labor management-negotiation and contract
signing.
