Shingirai Masvaure held the position of General Manager at Kunatsa Estate (Pvt) Ltd from 1 August 2002 to 30 April 2014, culminating to nearly twelve years working experience in commercial agriculture in Zimbabwe. As General Manager I was responsible for effective planning and managing both the production (costs and technical) aspects and revenue elements to attain desirable profit making results for the estate. This entailed overseeing most of Kunatsa Estate’s the administrative, financial and day-to-day farming operations.
