TekSpark is a non-profit organization that aims to create a more gender-balanced STEM university and work environment. It does this through grassroots community engagement programs that spark joy in STEM and mentor talented youth. TekSpark chapters in schools organize events like panels and hackathons. Students can be nominated for awards in best STEM project or achievement. Volunteers benefit from leadership experience and networking, while schools benefit from diversity recognition and alumni success.
