Practical training is an important aspect of management education that exposes students to real-world work situations and allows them to apply theory in practice. The author completed a mandatory 1.5 month practical training with Hindustan Unilever, where they studied customer satisfaction with the brand "Pure it." The company provided an excellent learning environment, and the consumer goods industry is facing changes in technology, operations, and structure due to globalization, mergers, environmental issues, and evolving customer satisfaction levels and market requirements.
