Pursued my MBA from Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay. After graduating from M.M.M. Engineering College, I spent two years working for Tech Mahindra Ltd. as a technical associate for British Telecom. I also worked with Nokia Siemens Networks Ltd as FLM Engineer in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) department for Aircel-Maxis Delhi Project.
During this time, I gained analytical and problem solving skills. I fine-tuned my communication and consensus building skills. I also was responsible for identifying and resolving user issues, as well as generating innovative methods to improve our business processes.
