Simeon qualified with a BSc in Osteopathy in 1992 from the British School of Osteopathy, London. He went on to receive a BPhil in Comp Health Studies at Exeter University in 2005 and conducted randomised placebo controlled clinical trials in association with the Rheumatology Research Unit at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge between 2000 - 2002.
Simeon has a passion for osteopathic medicine and runs clinics in the United Kingdom and Israel as well as lecturing and publishing. He is author of the best selling "Concise Book of Trigger Points" and "Treat Your Own Frozen Shoulder".
Simeon was Chairman of the Israeli Register of Osteopaths from 2012-2014.
