Simla Tokgoz is a Research Fellow at the Markets, Trade, and Institutions Division at International Food Policy Research Institute. She works on modeling and analysis of biofuels, energy, and agricultural markets with Globalization and Markets team. She is specialized in economic modeling and international trade, particularly for agricultural and biofuels markets. Her research interests also include technical change in agriculture and R&D spillovers.
