My mission at work is to transform the ideas and the strategy of my management in real things, bringing software products from concept to market.
My last challenge is in the Digital Banking Transformation area where I'm member of both of the teams responsible for the re-engineering of Core Banking System (MDM, CASA, Payment, Cards) and in the API adoption related to the emerging trend of the open banking business. These two initiatives are both at the attention of CEO board.
In the recent past, I was PM in projects for Branch front-end applications (mainly for CRM) and Core Banking System.
