As part of the restructuring team hired to establish WEBSENSE in Austin, the corporate changes have brought no shortage of excitement and challenges to be overcome.
•Manage two teams of BI analysts - one based locally in Austin, and one remotely based in Beijing, China.
•Responsible for the delivery of daily, monthly, quarterly KPI reports and packages.
•Provide accurate and timely data driven insights to each operational organization.
•Owned the single source of truth for install base, billings, revenue, OPEX and Headcount.
•Manage ad-hoc analysis requests ranging from whitespace analysis to commission plan change implications.
