Former Head Chef of the Casa Del Sol in Saranac Lake, New York - (2002-2009). I now hold an A.A.S. in Business Administration and Management and am finishing the requirements for my A.A.S. in Human Resources, although the art of cookery has not, and shall never leave me. Hoping to open my own restaurant within 10 years.
