I work for a living. I do a lot with 鈥淢鈥� words 鈥� Management, Membership, Mission, Marketing, Messaging. My experience is with profits AND nonprofits which count profitability similarly but report somewhat differently. My day is also filled with 鈥淩鈥� words 鈥� Revenues, Relationships, Recruiting, Retention, Relevance. The twists and turns in the economy beginning in 2008 have kept me on my toes and doing a lot more with 鈥淐鈥� words 鈥� Collaboration, Creativity, Change, Challenge, Competitive Advantage.
