Started working as a Implementation Engineer for Avaya Interaction Center and further gaining experience on the product have gone on to work on other Avaya CTI products such as Avaya Contact Center Express, Avaya Customer Interaction Express and Avaya IQ. Have also worked on CRM and CTI integrations on few of the above Avaya products.
