I am a Senior Lecturer in Psychology for the Department of Psychology, School of Health and Social Sciences, Buckinghamshire New University.
My research interests fall into two main areas: cognition and health psychology. I am interested in implementation intentions and prospective memory; specifically the mechanisms behind the beneficial effects of implementation intentions on goal attainment and the differences/similarities between implementation intentions and prospective memory, and how this can affect task performance.
