I have grown up loving science and technology and later evolved in a food technologist with absolute dedication in the said field. I aim for providing nutritious, innovative and value added food to society. My area of interest included research and development of hurdle technologies and biochemistry of foods. My current area of expertise is dairy chemistry, seabuckthorn food product development and use of bio sensors in food industry. I have co-edited 'Seabuckthorn: A multipurpose wonder plant (Vol-4).'
