Around 10 years of experience in development sector across the country. Over the years worked on various thematic areas which includes Micro-finance, Reproductive Child health, Preparation of Action Plans, Bio-medical Waste Management, Hospital Acquired Infection, Documentation of innovative initiatives and Anti-Human trafficking related projects.
During these years, worked with the NGOs, government institutions, international donor agencies and global consultancy firms on program/project formulation and implementation of the same. I have executed large scale projects and also contributed in the Business Development process by writing proposals and presenting the same to the client.
