Hi all, This is me. I live with my man Ban and our cat Bean. We've been together for a long time, since school in fact. I have the best family in the world and lots of interesting mates to keep me busy. I love metal, 90's music that reminds me of my teens, rubbish telly, reading, singing, cooking and more recently, running. My work is very important to me. I have worked in substance use for 12 years. I set up Inspire Health and Mind in 2009 and I deliver drugs training to young people, professionals, parents and service users. Some people don't get what I do. It's not anti-drugs it's about helping people to understand so they can help keep themselves and others safe, happy and alive!.
